Shipping Policy
At The Bard's Table, all products are manufactured to order before being shipped. We take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards before dispatch.
Order Processing & Fulfilment
As all products are made to order, orders require a fulfilment period before shipment.
Unless otherwise stated, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be manufactured, quality checked, packed, and prepared for dispatch.
If a different fulfilment timeframe is displayed on our website (including our homepage announcement bar), that published timeframe will apply.
Shipping Methods
All domestic and international orders are shipped using Australia Post with tracking included.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping upgrades the delivery service used by Australia Post only.
Selecting Express Shipping does not reduce or bypass the order fulfilment timeframe. Your order will still require the applicable production period before it is dispatched.
Once your order has been completed and handed to Australia Post, it will be shipped using the Express Post service selected at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking information.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 3 business days after dispatch to become active within the Australia Post tracking system.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and are outside of The Bard's Table's control.
While we endeavour to dispatch all orders within the stated fulfilment timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Australia Post or other postal services.
- Customs inspections or import processing.
- Severe weather or natural disasters.
- Public holidays or peak shipping periods.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.
The Bard's Table has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update your details before your order has been dispatched; however, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with Australia Post to investigate the issue and assist in reaching an appropriate resolution.
