FAQ
1. What are the health concerns with resin?
Uncured liquid resin can be harmful if it comes into contact with your skin or eyes, or if inhaled. It may cause irritation, allergic reactions, or other health issues with repeated exposure.
However, we take on that risk for you. Every miniature we ship is fully cleaned, cured, and handled using proper PPE and ventilation procedures to ensure it's safe to handle straight out of the box.
If you're ever concerned that your model wasn't cleaned properly, please contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.
For full safety information, you can review the Anycubic Resin Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

2. What scale are your miniatures printed in?
Our standard scale is 28–32mm (1:56–1:60), but custom scaling is available on request.
3. What material are the miniatures printed in?
We use a blend of Anycubic's high-definition Texture UV resin for crisp detail and a smooth finish, ideal for tabletop miniatures.
4. Are the miniatures fully assembled?
No, all models are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Some are more modular than others depending on the artist.
5. Can you print miniatures from a file I provide?
Yes! We offer custom printing from STL files, provided you have the appropriate rights or license to use them commercially or personally.
6. Do you offer commercial licensing or partner with designers?
Absolutely. We work with licensed designers and can accommodate commercial print requests. Reach out if you'd like to collaborate.
7. How long will my order take to process and ship?
Orders are typically processed in 5–10 business days depending on volume. For the most up-to-date ETA, see the scrolling banner on our main page.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs vary by location. We've subsidised international shipping to make it more affordable for our customers around the world.
9. Can I request custom sizing or scaling of models?
Yes, we can resize miniatures to fit different scales—just let us know your requirements when placing your order.
10. What should I know about handling resin miniatures?
Resin miniatures are highly detailed but can be more brittle than plastic. Always handle with care, especially when cleaning, assembling, or transporting. All our models are fully cured and safe to handle, but if you're sanding or modifying them, we recommend using a dust mask—ideally a P2/N95 or P100—for protection against fine particles.
11. Are supports removed before shipping?
Yes, we carefully remove supports and clean the models before shipping. Some minor cleanup may still be required in tight or detailed areas.
12. Do the models come primed or painted?
No, our models are supplied in raw, cured resin and are not primed or painted. This gives you full control over the painting process.
13. How do I clean and prep resin models for painting?
Our models are ready for priming after assembly and minor cleanup.
14. What kind of glue should I use for assembly?
Basic superglue works well—cheap options from your local hardware store are usually perfect. If you have trouble with adhesion, lightly rough up the contact surfaces with a hobby knife or sandpaper.
15. What happens if a model arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of any damage. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
16. Do you offer bulk pricing or tournament support?
Yes, we offer discounts for large/bulk orders and regularly support tournaments. Please see our Tournament Support page under the 'See More' menu.
17. What’s the difference between fulfillment time and shipping time?
Fulfillment time is how long it takes us to locate the files, slice, print, clean, cure, and pack your order—check our homepage banner for the current timeframe. Shipping time refers to the postal delivery after dispatch.
18. How long does shipping take? (Domestic & International)
We use Australia Post. Shipping timeframes are:
- Domestic (Australia): 2–6 business days
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- USA/Canada: 7–15 business days
- UK/Europe: 8–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–25 business days
19. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. You can also add items prior to fulfillment—just send us an email or message. Please note this may extend the fulfillment time.
20. Do you offer refunds?
Because all items are made to order, we generally don’t offer refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Contact us if you have concerns.
21. What if my package is lost in transit?
If tracking hasn’t updated in 10+ business days (domestic) or 20+ business days (international), get in touch and we’ll help with the claim process.
22. What printers do you use and what settings?
We use a fleet of Anycubic M5s Pro printers with 14K resolution. Our standard layer height is 0.035mm unless otherwise requested.
23. Can I get a digital file instead of a print?
No—we’re a physical print shop and do not sell or distribute STL files.
24. Are your miniatures tournament-legal?
It depends on the event. While we produce high-quality proxies and display pieces, always check with the tournament organizer first.
25. Do you offer local pickup?
We do! While we don't have a physical storefront, local pickup can be arranged from postcodes 6064, 6030, and 4505. Contact us to schedule.
26. Can you match parts or fix broken ones from another print shop?
It depends on the item and its compatibility. Send us a message and we’ll do our best to assist with your request.
